Privacy Policy
Ava is XTAM Inc.'s internal executive-assistant application ("Ava", the "Service"), available at ava.xtam.ai and used exclusively by XTAM team members. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and your choices — including for SMS text messaging.
Information We Collect
We collect: (1) account information you provide — your name, work email address, and, if you opt in to SMS notifications, the mobile phone number you enter yourself in Ava's Settings; (2) content from Google accounts you explicitly connect (email, calendar, and file metadata/content) used solely to organize your own work; and (3) service usage and audit logs.
How We Use Information
We use this information solely to provide the Service to you: organizing your email and calendar, surfacing items that need your attention, and — if you opted in — sending you operational SMS alerts and reminders about your own accounts. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Data is disclosed only to service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (cloud hosting, SMS delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
SMS Text Messaging
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in: each user personally enters their own mobile number in Ava's Settings beneath a consent notice. Message frequency varies with account activity, typically up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time; you can also remove your number in Ava's Settings to stop all messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in XTAM's own Google Cloud environment, encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is accessible only to the user it belongs to (and delegates that user explicitly authorizes). Google account access follows the per-account permissions each user grants and can be revoked at any time.
